My biggest takeaway from the October 29, 2024 MTP (Morning Tea Podcast) came from a small and unsuspecting portion of the podcast. (Classic Elohim, to tuck so much growing goodness into something small that the world might consider insignificant or even label a mistake. I love when God’s good like that.) When Pa was sharing the new email address for prayer he began to spell out the word “prayer,” but on the first run through the word, instead of saying “Y” he said “W.” It immediately felt highlighted in my Spirit so I paused to ask Pappa what He might be saying. I saw the word unscramble in my mind, changing “praw” to “warp,” and again I asked Pappa what He was saying.
Pappa, what am I seeing in a warped way? What understandings or perspectives of You and of Your Word do I have that are warped? As we are in this season of rebuilding with You, please reveal any of our building materials, tools, and blueprints that are warped and restore us back to Your un-warped originals.
Some of the places He was revealing that were warped were small scale, like for my personal view. And others were very large scale, global perspective changes. He reminded me that just a few days prior we had a Covenant of the Day here that was about dreaming the impossible dreams with Elohim. At the time I had asked Him what big dreams He wanted me to dream with Him, and as He revealed some of these global perspectives that were warped, He showed me that these were dreams I was invited to dream with Him. To dream of a world where something the world has used to hurt can be restored back to something God can use to heal.
INVITATIONS
- Ask Elohim to reveal and restore, in daily bread, any places where you may have a warped perspective, any place where what we have in place is ready to be upgraded to what They want to offer.
- Ask Elohim what impossible dreams They want to invite you to dream together. What big ways is God inviting us to partner with Him in bringing Heaven to earth?
